Where are they made?
They are made in China.
Are these slippers ok for vegans?
The uppers and soles are synthetic and do not contain animal products. However, we can not guarantee that no animal products were used in the glue or dye during production.
Can you add orthotics?
The insoles are not removeable, they are fixed into the slippers so it depends if you can fit them in the slipper with the insole. The top allows for extra room around the foot but doesn't add to the length of the slipper. If you need measurements for the lengths of a certain size to check this, please contact our customer service.
Are these slippers machine washable?
Yes, they can be put in the washing machine on a cool wash (30°) and then air dried.
Are they wide fit slippers?
No, they are a standard width. They have an adjustable top though, so are good for swollen feet or can accommodate slightly wider feet. If you need measurements for a specific size, please contact our customer service team.
Is the sizing right?
According to previous customers, the slippers are true to size.

No, the slippers don't have added arch support.
Is the sole hard?
Yes, its a firm chunky sole with some flexibility.

Yes, these slippers do come in a box.

He is a diabetic. The shoes are too narrow at the front and is hurting his toes badly
